Description The Role: As a Finance Support Assistant you will be providing essential support to frontline colleagues and service users in a wide range of financial duties including: Raising Purchase Orders and Invoices/Credits Reconciling customer accounts Assisting Service Users and Care Providers with payment and billing queries both over the phone and via email Inputting client charges and adjusting user charges within MOSAIC Create, maintain and up-date service user records using a range of related IT packages Working flexibly and providing cover where needed to contribute to team targets by processing a significant volume of work with speed and a high degree of accuracy This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies. This position will be subject to a criminal record disclosure check. Working Pattern: We are looking for a permanent full time position for 37 hours per week. Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm. All employees are able to utilise our Flexible Working policy, this allows you flexibility over the times they work, to meet their needs, and that of the service. You can build up hours that can be used as additional flexi leave. Core hours are between 10am-3pm, and there will be days when you are rota'd on to duty tasks and will not be able to use your flexi time for that shift. Other flexible working arrangements can be available on request.
