An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing team within a leading organisation on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a unique and engaging assignment where youll support high-volume recruitment across multiple projects, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while contributing to broader talent initiatives. Youll be joining a supportive, collaborative, and nurturing team culture.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a key part in managing recruitment delivery across complex and fast-moving projects. Your focus will be on high-volume hiring, stakeholder partnership, compliance, and market-driven talent strategies, while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles, with a strong focus on high-volume projects
2. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned to organisational and project goals
3. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding and anticipating hiring needs
4. Partner closely with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice and market insights
5. Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with compliance, governance, and organisational policies
6. Stay informed on market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes and delivery
About You
8. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a corporate or commercial environment
9. Demonstrated success recruiting across high-volume, fast-paced internal environments
10. Comfortable managing up to 30 roles concurrently
11. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at a senior level
12. Strong stakeholder management capability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
13. Full working rights in Australia (working holiday visas cannot be considered for this role)
14. Available to work continuously through 6 months, with no pre-booked leave
