Right now, we’re transforming our aseptic and compounding operations across EMEA - and we’re looking for a Validation Project Manager to be based onsite in the UK who can help bring structure, energy, and technical know‑how to this exciting change.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Take ownership of validation projects and support new work across the EMEA compounding sites - making sure everything aligns with Baxter’s global quality standards.
* Lead validation of aseptic and sterilization systems, from VHP gassing and RABS to cleanroom environments.
* Work hand‑in‑hand with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to drive smarter, more digital validation processes.
* Balance multiple projects at once - staying adaptable and calm in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
* Be a champion for accountability, innovation, and teamwork as we reimagine how compounding gets done.
What You’ll Bring
* Solid experience in process cleaning and equipment validation and project management within pharma or aseptic manufacturing.
* Hands‑on knowledge of VHP sanitisation, RABS, and CSV.
* You're agile and resilient - someone who thrives when things move fast and priorities shift.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence, collaborate, and challenge when needed.
* Willingness to travel across EMEA to support projects.
