As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing teams of stewards and event staff across designated areas.
Duties include:
* Briefing and deploying staff
* Managing attendance and punctuality
* Overseeing access control, traffic or crowd management zones
* Acting as the main point of contact between staff and management
* Handling incidents calmly and professionally
* Ensuring client standards are maintained
* Reporting issues and completing post-event feedback
This role requires confidence, leadership and decision-making ability.
What We're Looking For
* Previous event supervisor or team leader experience
* Strong communication skills
* Calm under pressure
* Reliable and organised
* Professional presentation
* Ability to manage conflict and problem-solve on the spot
* SIA licence (desirable for certain events)
Experience in festivals, agricultural shows, stadium or large public events is highly desirable.
