Berry Recruitment Harlow is currently recruiting for a Street Cleansing Operative to join our clients team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
About the Role:
Youll play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness of Harlows primary public areas. This is a hands:on, outdoor role.
This position starts at 12.71 per hour but there will be a pay increase after 12 weeks to 13.45 per hour.
You will be working Monday to Friday 07:30 : 15:30.
Key responsibilities include:
Manual street cleaning and litter collection Operating equipment and handling heavy loads Walking long distances and working in all weather conditions Occasional weekend shifts as required Driving the van from location to location after completing a driving assessment
What Youll Need: Basic understanding of health and safety practices Full UK Driving Licence Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions A friendly, professional manner when interacting with the public Ability to complete daily reports accurately
Additional training may be provided to operate street sweeping machinery, based on performance.
