The Role As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting childrens intellectual, social, and emotional development. Youll deliver high-quality early education in a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

About Our Nursery Busy Bees Portsmouth is rated Good by Ofsted and provides care for up to 106 children. Our friendly, close-knit team takes a family-focused approach to childcare. Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Person Role: Oversee childrens development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications: What Were Looking For
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
