We are Otium Concierge, a Lifestyle Concierge and Business Concierge service serving clients in the UK and Beyond. We don’t just focus on the luxurious elements of concierge services, we also help with the time-consuming practical elements of day-to-day tasks.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive Lifestyle Assistant with proven travel expertise and experience serving HNW/UHNW clients. You’ll become the first point of contact for a select portfolio of on‑demand and membership clients, delivering every request with effortless style while expanding our clientele and supplier network.
What You’ll Do
* Curate & fulfil client requests – Arrange luxury travel, dining, events, gifting, wellness and every detail between.
* Onboard new clients – Conduct welcome calls, gather preferences and ensure a seamless handover into our service ecosystem.
* Drive revenue growth – Actively sell memberships and on‑demand services, earning 20% commission on membership sales and 10% on on‑demand bookings.
* Grow trusted supplier network – Source, vet and nurture relationships with elite partners worldwide to enhance our “little black book.”
* Maintain relationship excellence – Keep meticulous client profiles, anticipate needs and create unforgettable “wow” moments.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally – Work with Travel Managers, Events and senior Lifestyle Managers to ensure seamless service.
* Champion process excellence – Maintain flawless CRM records, track KPIs and help refine SOPs as we scale.
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years in luxury travel, lifestyle management, private client services, or senior Personal Assistant (PA) roles supporting HNW/UHNW individuals.
* Demonstrable exposure to HNW/UHNW clientele, discretion and white‑glove etiquette are second nature.
* Global mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of premium hotels, villas, airlines, yachts and cultural hotspots.
* Faultless organisation and a proactive, anticipatory approach.
* Clear, confident communication (written & verbal) and polished presentation.
* Comfort with CRM/productivity tools (Go High Level, Teams, ClickUp, G‑Suite/365, Slack).
* Ability to thrive under pressure, juggle competing priorities and still keep the human touch.
Working Arrangements & Benefits
* Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday. First 6 months on‑site for immersive training; thereafter 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
* Flexibility: Applications for job‑share or part‑time (min. 3 days/week) are welcomed from outstanding candidates.
* Compensation: £27,000 per annum (prorata) + uncapped 20% commission on membership sales and 10% commission on on‑demand memberships, plus discretionary annual performance bonus.
* Private medical insurance after 12 months’ service.
* Birthday is treated as an additional day’s holiday every year.
* 25 days’ annual leave + UK bank holidays, rising with tenure.
