Job Title: SEN Teacher

Pay Rate: £162.31 - £251.71
Hours: 8:30am 3:30pm
Smart Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive school setting in Dudley, working with pupils aged 4 to 16. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with a variety of special educational needs.
About the Role:
You will be teaching and supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, including:
* Visual Impairment (VI)
* Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Physical Disabilities (PD)
* Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
* Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
You ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised learning experiences that foster growth, confidence, and independence.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching qualification
* Proven experience working with a range of needs including VI, SLCN, ASD, PD, MLD, and SLD
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A caring, adaptable, and resilient teaching approach
