We’re seeking a Service Advisor to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Falmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premium car brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring owners enjoy the very best aftersales experience.
You’ll be the key point of contact for customers, from booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs through to ensuring work is completed to the highest standard. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT ability, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and support customers, ensuring a premium level of service at all times.

Manage bookings for servicing and repairs, keeping customers fully informed throughout.
*
Run through Visual Health Checks with clients to ensure vehicles are safe and maintained correctly.
*
Help customers make the most of their vehicle technology, including the brand’s app.
*
Work across multiple IT systems with accuracy and efficiency.
*
Ensure customer satisfaction is monitored and consistently delivered to the highest standard.
What’s on Offer

£28,000 basic salary

Monthly bonus scheme worth up to £12,000 per year (OTE £40,000)

Attractive 4-day working week (8am – 6pm)

Only 1 in 4 Saturdays required – extremely rare in the automotive industry
