This role will be based in one of our Magnet showrooms, working closely as part of a fast paced, motivated team. For this role you will earn a starting salary of £25,500, with on-target earnings of c£27,500. What You’ll Be Doing The Greater Picture: At Magnet, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects. As a Design Sales Assistant you will create a warm welcome for all of our customers visiting the showroom. You will be inspiring customers as a result of your excellent product knowledge, as well as supporting our Kitchen Sales Designers through the full customer journey, from initial conversations in one of our Magnet showrooms right through to installation. As a Design Sales Assistant we are looking for an individual with great customer service skills who is always willing to go the extra mile.
