About the Programme

This is a 12 month, structured development programme designed to prepare you for a future role as a Territory Manager.Starting fromOctober 1st, 2026,you willbe supported every step of the way through a combination of:

1. Classroom and virtual learning

2. On‑the‑job training and job shadowing

3. Coaching from experiencedcolleagues

4. Hands‑on experience with customers in real environments

From day oneyou’ll gain exposure to customer operations, learn how to diagnose challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, hygiene and sustainability.

About the Division

Within theInstitutional & Specialtydivisions, Ecolab offerscomprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industriesas well as laundry, long-term care, education, corporate and government facilities.

What You Will Do:

After completing your training, you will take ownership of an established customer territory, becoming a trusted partner and advisor to your customers.You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

In this role you will:

5. Build strong, trusted relationships withexistingcustomers through regular service visits

6. Learn customers’ ware washing & laundry systemsand work hands‑on with equipment, learning installation, maintenance and safe use, ensuring thatyour customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained

7. Gradually build confidence in identifying new opportunities and growing your territoryproviding customers with training, regular and emergency service and sales demonstrations

8. Coordinate sales and service activities with cross divisional peers and internal functions (. Marketing Services, Customer Service).

9. Reach out to potential customers to secure new accounts, as you build Ecolab’s brand in your market

What you’ll need?

We are interested in meeting individuals with diverse backgrounds.You may be a great fit if you:

10. Have completed vocational training or equivalent education

11. Have some experience in customer‑facing, sales, service or hospitality environments,preferably business to business commercial sales experience

12. Havebasicinstallation, maintenance,and troubleshooting skills

13. Are eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to continuously develop new skills

14. Have demonstrated problem solving skills and creative thinking

15. Are comfortable adapting to new situations and challenges

16. Have a desire to grow your career in Sales and Service-related roles

17. HavebasicITskills(CRMexperience is helpful)Holda valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Recordand are open totravellingwithinyourallocated district and nationwide
