Overview
We are seeking multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a growing commercial team delivering complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects within a highly regulated environment. This is a long-term opportunity offering exposure to secure, high-value programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cost planning, budgeting, and cost control across projects
* Manage contracts, subcontracts, and variations
* Monitor project performance, risks, and financial reporting
* Drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across delivery teams
* Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Proven experience in infrastructure or major project environments
* Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
