The successful candidate will:
· Lead outdoor activities that challenge, engage, and inspire
· Support small groups to develop confidence and personal growth
· Bring learning to life outside the classroom
· Work in a supportive team that values professional growth and shared purpose
Our ideal candidate will have:
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Mountain Biking
· Climbing
· Paddle Sports
· Walking & Navigation
