KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Management Accountant for an innovative manufacturing business based in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for QBE or Part-Qualified Accountant looking for a hands-on role with the ability to manage a small team while playing a crucial support role for the Financial Controller. Main duties will include:
* Assist with the preparation of month end accounts and supporting reports
* Balance sheet reconciliations, calculation and posting of accruals & prepayments
* Extract and analyse general ledger data for various internal and external purposes
* Asset recording, depreciation calculation and posting
* Prepare and submit VAT returns
* Bank transactions and reconciliations
* Supplier BACS payments
* Aged debtors and creditors reviews and reconciliations
* Payroll processing, salary payments and PAYE submissions
* Provide cover for purchase ledger and credit control
* Customs compliance monitoring
