We're recruiting for a Section Engineer to join a major infrastructure project in Devonport. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a complex, high-profile scheme within a collaborative delivery environment.

The Role
You will take ownership of a section of works, ensuring construction is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Working in a client-facing capacity, you'll coordinate site teams and subcontractors while supporting overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee site activities, subcontractors, and daily coordination of works
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and site procedures
* Review technical drawings and documentation, raising RFIs/TQs/NCRs as required
* Manage risks and support planning/programming of works
* Engage with stakeholders and contribute to reporting and project delivery
About You
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a site-based engineering role
* Strong understanding of construction methods and project environments
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and teams
* IT proficient (MS xsngvjr Office; planning/document systems)
Qualifications:
* Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
* CSCS card (essential)
* SMSTS/IOSH, BIM or planning software experience (desirable)
