Role Responsibilities
As a Tax Partner, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the firm’s tax services, managing a high-value portfolio, and mentoring a talented team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the tax department, providing strategic direction and ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Managing a diverse client portfolio, including HNWIs, SMEs, and corporate entities, offering bespoke tax planning and advisory services
* Driving business development initiatives to grow the firm’s tax offering and attract new clients
* Acting as a key advisor on complex tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, corporate restructuring, and international tax planning
* Mentoring and developing the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
* Representing the firm at networking and industry events to enhance its reputation and market presence

Candidate Requirements
* A recognised tax qualification (CTA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant experience in a senior tax role
* Expertise in providing advisory and compliance services to a varied client portfolio
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
* Proven business development capabilities, with a track record of identifying and converting new opportunities
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
* Commercial acumen and the ability to align technical expertise with business strategy
