Temporary Customer Service Advisors (Gateshead / Hybrid)
Were recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to support a fast-paced, high-profile campaign launching in December. Initially on a 3 month temporary assignment starting early December.
This short-term role is ideal for those who thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment and enjoy delivering excellent service across phone and email channels.
The Role
* Location: Gateshead contact centre (hybrid a few days in the office per month; more frequent during training and early weeks)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
* Duration: Approximately 3 months
* Start Date: Training to begin by 8th December
* Rate of Pay:£25,238 per annum (based on 37 hours per week)
Office closures: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day.
What Youll Be Doing
* Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, providing prompt and friendly support
* Managing queries efficiently, using multiple systems and dual screens
* Ensuring every interaction reflects high standards of professionalism and empathy
* Adapting quickly to campaign-specific processes and systems
