About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth across the UK, Ireland, and select European markets. You’ll be responsible for expanding the company's presence, selling high-value food ingredients solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success
What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
* Develop strategic sales plans, targeting market growth
* Build a strong sales pipeline, reporting progress to leadership
* Cross-sell the full range, maximizing opportunities
* Support key portfolios, working closely with sales, marketing, and R&D
* Achieve budget targets, contributing to business success
Experience & Skills
* 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development within food & beverage.
* Knowledge of food ingredients solutions, including ingredient functionality.
* Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth
Desirable
* Degree in Food Science, Business, or Marketing
* Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within food manufacturing
