What are we looking for?
We are looking for a strong individual with previous hospitality experience perhaps looking for their next step in a managerial role. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, hands on and a natural leader to motivate your team. You will need to be:
* Flexible - able to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
* Able to manage, train and develop younger members of the team, with a good understanding of operational standards.
* Able to run shifts from the front, be a real team player and input and implement new ideas.
* Be able to work on the floor and on the bar.
* Be responsible for securing the premises and closing the tills down on occasions.
* Build a great rapport with guests and diners; we need an individual with a great personality, a positive attitude and someone who is happy to meet and manage guest expectations.
