We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator who loves bringing joy and engagement to the lives of older people. Youll be sociable, organised, and full of ideas to help our residents thrive. This role is about more than just arranging activities its about creating meaningful connections and tailoring experiences to each residents preferences and abilities, including those with dementia and complex care needs.What We Offer12.22 per hourcontracted to 20 hours per week5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)Pension scheme, Paid DBS checkUniform provided, Onsite parkingYour RoleYou will design, organise, and lead a varied programme of activities that keep residents active, stimulated, and socially engaged. Your work will encourage residents to maintain hobbies and try new experiences in a supportive setting. Youll build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure activities reflect individual interests and abilities.
