A well-established and expanding mechanical contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages across multiple live projects.
🔍 Role Overview
You will take full ownership of mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
* Manage full lifecycle of mechanical projects
* Coordinate technical submissions and drawings
* Handle RFIs and client/consultant coordination
* Manage variations and commercial reporting
* Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
* Produce progress reports and manage programmes
* Ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards
✅ Requirements
* 5+ years in mechanical building services
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, BMS, ventilation
* Experience managing live construction projects
* SMSTS + CSCS (Black Card preferred)
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
