Overview
Avery Healthcare is one of the UK's largest providers of luxury elderly care homes. As a Care Assistant at Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom, you will support residents and contribute to a supportive environment that values care, compassion and growth.
Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care to residents, promoting independence, dignity and respect.
* Assist with personal hygiene and other daily living activities.
* Identify clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections and raise concerns promptly.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting privacy and individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work and collaborate fully with the care team to ensure continuity of services.
Qualifications & Experience
* No prior experience required; thorough induction and training is provided.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Initiative, respect for residents, and the ability to follow reasonable instructions.
* Adaptable and flexible, able to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
Working Hours
Shift: 07:00 to 19:30
