Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time or part-time basis, permanent at our Busy Bees Cheam Nonsuch Nursery.
As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. You may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and advance your career!

Some of your responsibilities as a Room Leader/Manager at Busy Bees:
* As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
* Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting the staff team.
* Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements while guiding and managing your team.
* And most importantly… have FUN!
*To apply for a qualified role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification*
