Senior Business Development Representative — Outbound Sales Specialist

You won't be cold calling and hoping for the best. You'll be armed with real case studies, a live ROI calculator that shows prospects exactly what they'll earn, and a product that genuinely changes businesses. The hardest part of this job isn't convincing people SEO works — it's keeping up with the demand once they see the numbers.

We're scaling from £50K to £200K+ monthly recurring revenue. The person who fills this role won't just be making calls — they'll be building the commercial engine of a fast-growing company. And they'll be rewarded like a co-owner, not an employee.

Ideal Background
* 2+ years B2B outbound sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Experience selling services worth £1,000 - £10,000+/month (retainer or subscription models preferred)
* Comfortable with CRM tools — HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar
* Strong written communication — your emails and LinkedIn messages get replies
* Experience in digital marketing, tech, or professional services sales is a significant advantage
* You've worked in a fast-paced environment and thrived under pressure

* Deep SEO knowledge — we'll teach you everything you need to know in week one
* Marketing degree or formal qualifications

Compensation, Equity & GrowthBase Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This is a real base, not a token gesture. We want you focused on selling, not worrying about rent. The base reflects your experience level and is reviewed every 6 months as the company grows.

Commission Structure (Uncapped)


* Between 25% and 50% on Closes.
* Monthly performance bonuses for exceeding targets
* Quarterly accelerators — your per-deal commission increases the more you close in a quarter
* Annual kicker — hit your annual target and receive a lump sum bonus on top of everything else
* No clawbacks on retained clients — once a client stays past their initial commitment, that commission is yours


Profit Share & Equity Path

This is where it gets interesting. We're not just offering you a job — we're offering you a stake in what we're building.

* Profit share from month 6: Once you've proven yourself, you'll receive a percentage of the monthly recurring revenue you've personally brought in — paid every month, for as long as those clients stay. This isn't commission. This is passive income that compounds as your client book grows.
* Equity conversation at 12 months: For the right person, we're open to discussing equity participation. We're building a company worth significantly more than its current revenue, and early team members who help us get to £200K+ MRR will be rewarded accordingly.
* Revenue share on new verticals: If you open up an entirely new sector for us (e.g., you crack the care home market or bring in a cluster of EV charger clients), you'll receive an enhanced revenue share on that vertical.

To put it plainly: if you help us grow from £50K to £200K MRR, you won't just be earning well — you'll own a piece of something valuable.
