We're looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) or Field Sales Executive to join our commercial team. If you enjoy getting out there, meeting new clients, and building long-term relationships — this could be a great fit.
What the Role Involves
This is a field-based sales role, so you'll be out on the road, meeting with businesses and exploring how we can help them with their logistics needs.
Your main focus will be selling:
* Freight forwarding services
* Warehouse and storage solutions
* Customs clearance and compliance support
You’ll manage your own pipeline and work closely with the operations and customer service teams to deliver exactly what you promise to your clients.
What We’re Looking For
* A solid track record in field sales or business development MUST be in freight, warehousing, or customs
* Someone who’s confident speaking to clients and understands how to uncover their real logistics challenges
* A natural relationship-builder who can close deals without the hard sell
* Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own diary
* A full UK driving licence (or equivalent) — you'll be out and about!
