Carry out administrative duties of a non-confidential matter. To provide the movements lists and weekend working rotas. To administer the allocations of the conference and meeting rooms. To provide cover during the absence of the other receptionist. Carry out any other tasks that are within capabilities as directed by the HR department. Experience needed to be successful:- Computer literate and preferably have basic knowledge in the Microsoft Office applications Professional manner and appearance, efficient and courteous Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality ideally with previous reception or switchboard experience.
