About Our Client
Our client is a pharmaceutical business based in Hertfordshire. They are well established and have been operating in their market for over one hundred years. This is a GMP accredited Pharma Manufacturing site.
Job Description
 * Manage and maintain the company's quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
 * Oversee internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
 * Collaborate with production and R&D teams to uphold quality standards across all processes.
 * Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance quality awareness among staff.
 * Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and readily available for inspections.
 * Lead investigations into quality issues, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures.
 * Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry requirements.
 * Continuously improve quality processes to align with best practices and company objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:
 * Experience of direct management
 * Strong QMS knowledge
 * Audit experience is preferable
 * Continuous Improvement mindset
 * Understanding of best practise within a GMP Pharma environment
