We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a Multi Skilled Programme Tutor. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will enjoy the flexibility of managing your own diary, working with diverse individuals, and travelling across the East of England.
In this role, you will coach, mentor, and assess a caseload of Apprentices to ensure they meet the necessary competencies, working closely with them on a one-to-one basis in their workplace to prepare for End Point Assessment.
You will also collaborate with employers and colleagues to support the development of each Apprentice skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
We have courses available across several sectors including Plumbing and Domestic Heating, Carpentry, Electrical Installation and Bricklaying and Groundworks. A minimum of three years experience in Property Maintenance is essential.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring and developing others, a strong communicator, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You should also be confident in managing your own workload and travel schedule.
