The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of client-facing and internal solutions. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in consulting environments where adaptability, stakeholder alignment, and business impact are essential.
You will own product vision and roadmap development, working cross-functionally with consultants, engineers, designers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Ownership
* Define and articulate product vision aligned with client and company objectives.
* Develop and maintain clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
* Evaluate opportunities through market research, user insights, and business analysis.
* Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic direction.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Serve as the primary product liaison for client engagements.
* Facilitate workshops to define requirements and align on priorities.
* Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
* Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Execution & Delivery
* Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product delivery.
* Lead backlog prioritisation and sprint planning.
* Establish KPIs and track performance against defined metrics.
* Drive iteration and optimisation based on data and feedback.
Leadership & Influence
* Mentor junior product managers or business analysts.
* Promote best practices in product management across the organisation.
* Contribute to internal capability-building and process refinement.
What We're Looking For
* 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within consulting or client-facing environments.
* Proven track record of delivering complex digital or technology-enabled products.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to financial impact.
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid development frameworks.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in evolving environments.
