Key Responsibilities:
* Support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, or complex needs
* Assist with day-to-day tasks like personal care, meal prep, medication, and appointments
* Encourage life skills, hobbies, and community activities
* Work as part of a team to provide consistent, person-centred care
* Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of those in your care
We’re Looking For:
* A caring, empathetic, and reliable individual
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Experience in care or support roles (beneficial but not essential – full training provided)
* A willingness to learn and grow in a rewarding career
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* An enhanced DBS check (we’ll guide you through the process)
