Working with a recognised market‑leading brand as the Team Leader, you will lead, develop and support a high‑performing internal sales team responsible for supplying fleet vehicles to the UK's 50 largest leasing companies.
You will operate in a competitive environment while delivering outstanding service in every sale and interaction.

What you’ll do day to day
- Engage with our external leasing company partners to develop rapport, building trust and confidence in our offering.
- Lead an internal sales support function to perform every single day with bidding back on new vehicle supply opportunities.
- Analytical approach to deliver better outcomes. Compare inbound enquiry volumes with our effectiveness to convert to orders by day, month, week, quarter.
- Develop action plans by leasing company to encourage a higher share of available orders and coach team members.
- Be close to SLA performance in our day‑to‑day operations to ensure upper‑quartile performance every time.
- Take full ownership of the preparation and onward delivery of the fleet vehicles to our customers.
- Thoroughly check vehicle specification at point of order and prior to delivery ensuring the vehicle ordered matches the customer requirement.
- Manage the in‑order life‑cycle process and be an extension of the leasing company with query resolution and delivery date accuracy.
- Create internal rapport with our after‑sales function to book pre‑delivery inspections, new vehicle preparation ensuring the highest quality and delivery time on site.
- Ensure that all required documentation is in place prior to arranging delivery.
- Offer vehicles for delivery and lock‑in as per leasing company requirements ensuring competitive logistics pricing secured and quality of service not hindered.
- Providing resource support for our Broker sales channel when required.
- To manage the process to ensure any compliance and regulatory documentation is present in our internal systems and external platforms inside an agreed timescale.
- To review post‑delivery performance and implement process changes where necessary.

- Sales Administration experience in a business‑to‑business environment
- Led internal teams working within a time‑bound compliant framework
- Comfortable using multiple I.T systems simultaneously
- Experience interacting with internal/external customers and delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organised, great attention to detail with attitude to lead by example.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight time schedules.
