We are looking for experienced and adaptable occupational therapists who are HCPC registered.
As part of our Occupational Therapy Service, the post holders will manage their own specialist caseloads, using evidence‑based practice and patient‑centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions for patients with complex mental health needs. They will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership skills and an enthusiasm for collaborative practice within a community mental health context.
Currently we work within a Hybrid model; working from home, community and office based. This is an exciting time to join the Adult Community Mental Health Service following the modernisation of the CMHT’s.
For these posts, you will receive full support through our established system of supervision and personal development programmes. You will have line management and clinical supervision duties for junior OT’s. We have a strong commitment to MDT working, clinical governance, CPD and evidence‑based practice. We fully support undergraduate OT training programmes and regularly accept students on practice placements.
* Recruitment is on the basis of 1 x 36‑hour post and 1 × 25‑hour post, however alternative arrangements could be considered.
* Interviews will take place on 15 May 2026.
