6-12 month FTC (Mat Cover) GL52 6QP Key Responsibilities: * Deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and print * Work with agencies and freelancers to produce on-brand content * Monitor campaign performance and optimise for better results * Collaborate with merchandising to support new product launches and restocks * Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and opportunities * Drive customer engagement and support brand loyalty initiatives * Supporting the delivery of a clear marketing strategy and help push the brand growth * Working with the Head of Marketing, agencies, and internal teams, you’ll bring campaigns to life and ensure they land with impact What You’ll Bring * Marketing management experience, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or retail * Proven experience in marketing management within e-commerce, retail, or fashion. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics. * Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally. * Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable analysing performance data to guide decision making. * Experience using project or workflow tools (e.g., Asana) is beneficial. * Creative, commercial, collaborative and passionate about great fashion!
