The largest Inheritance Law Firm in Denmark with offices in Ireland, Spain and Sweden are looking for a Solicitor with a good knowledge in family probate to help shape the future of the company for the new office in Stockport.
This is a hybrid role mainly working from home with occasional work at the Stockport office.
As Solicitor/Lawyer you will:
* Lead the implementation of Inheritance / Probate into the innovative legal platform.
* Initially collaborate closely with the IT team to integrate family Inheritance law into the systems.
* Develop and refine legal templates for Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other products.
* Assist in shaping and offering the companys legal service in the UK
* Travel to Copenhagen periodically (in the beginning) to work with the tech team in building and fine-tuning relevant templates.
* Once the system aligns with UK law, transition to regular legal duties, including finalizing and fine-tuning relevant templates.
The successful Solicitor/Lawyer will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in UK inheritance / probate with a proven record in drafting Wills, establishing enduring Powers of Attorney, and handling other matters.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, start-up environment.
* Good IT skills
* Excellent communication skills
In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 pa.
