What the role involves:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupils with special educational needs
Supporting individual learning and promoting independence
Assessing progress and adapting teaching strategies
Collaborating with support staff, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning environmentWhat we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching pupils with SEN
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Empathy, patience, and a positive approach
