Shift pattern:Mon Tue Thurs Fri 7.30 to 19.00, 7.30 to 10 and then 14.30 to 19.00, wed 7.30 to 19.00, Saturday 9 to 17.00 and Sunday 9 to 15.00

We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Doncaster.This person has complex clinical needs including Turner Syndrome, Osteoporosis, Vocal cord paralysis, and Haemodialysis and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
What youll be doing
As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
1. Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis
2. Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
