Are you a dynamic Senior Conference Producer with a passion for the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry?
Do you thrive on researching market trends, developing compelling event agendas, and bringing together key industry stakeholders?
As a Senior Life Sciences Conference Producer, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and delivering high-quality conferences that provide cutting-edge insights to industry professionals. You will work closely with key opinion leaders, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure the success of each event.
The Role:
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors.
* Develop engaging and innovative conference agendas that attract senior-level attendees.
* Identify and secure top-tier speakers, panellists, and industry experts.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure maximum event reach and sponsorship opportunities.
* Manage event timelines, ensuring all aspects of the conference production process run smoothly.
* Work closely with logistics teams to deliver seamless event execution.
* Evaluate conference success through post-event analysis and attendee feedback.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Senior Conference Producer in a B2B setting within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong research skills with the ability to identify industry trends and develop relevant conference themes.
* Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
