As part of our Activities and Leisure Team, you will…
- Takesownership of the shift service delivery ensuring all team are guest obsessed
- Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability toresolve problems
- Monitors on-shift service and tasks, arranging appropriateresource when needed
- Achieves and exceeds shift targets and key performanceindicators
- Ensures all team on shift have the required skills andtraining required for their role
- Complete relevant daily administrative tasks includingaccurate hours worked recording
- Safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks

Pay Rates: 18+ from £ up to £ per hourdepending on age, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift
Experience and Qualifications
You may already be working in a similar role which is great! All weare looking for is
-For your First Aid at Work & a RLSS NPLQ qualification
- Previous hands-on experience of working within a leisure environment
- Energetic team player
This opportunity requires the successful candidate toundergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to startingwork and be 18 years and over.
