Description CMDP is a joint venture between Costain and MWHT and delivers a range of schemes to maintain and improve Southern Water’s water supply and wastewater treatment works in the eastern half its region (Kent & Sussex). The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination day to day of site office activities to ensure smooth running of the office. They will assist the Project team with tracking essential deliverables, throughout construction and for project completion, and maintaining overarching communication between different teams across CMDP. LI-BM1 Responsibilities Maintain and update master drawings, ensuring version control, accuracy, and timely distribution to all relevant stakeholders. Provide administrative support for project close-out activities, including compiling final documentation and verifying completion records. Conduct quality audits on site documentation to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company standards. Maintain and organise project folders (digital and physical), ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and compliance with document control processes. Manage office administration tasks including maintaining stock of office supplies and PPE, processing purchase orders, handling invoices, and coordinating material deliveries. Assisting with Requisition orders Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing materials, recording minutes, and circulating action logs. Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, including managing accommodation bookings, welfare queries, and traffic management/permit documentation. Prepare and submit regular project reports, including fortnightly update packs for the Senior Leadership Team, and support social value and promotional initiatives such as Wellbeing. Assist with Monthly reporting and Project review slide packs Qualifications Essential Good communicator and able to work within a team Organised, attention to detail, able to prioritise workload Construction industry experience (preferable but not essential) Understanding of construction industry practices and procedures (preferable but not essential) Understanding and ability to read basic construction drawings (preferable but not essential) Experience of being part of infrastructure programmes of work Desirable Working knowledge of Office 365 & good computer skills Relevant construction industry qualifications (preferable but not essential) Relevant Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card (preferable but not essential)
