Hotel Duty Manager - Leek Town Centre Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting at our Leek Town Centre Premier Inn. This role requires working 24 hours per week and pays up to £13.86 per hour.
Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
About The Role
Lead a team to ensure a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience. Ideal for candidates with experience in retail or similar environments who have successfully led people and can deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a reliable, high‑performing team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
* Oversee health and safety standards and create an exceptional guest experience.
* Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and senior management.
Qualifications
* Experience leading people in a retail or similar environment.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to inspire others and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift).
