Your role
The Network Engineer will be part of the Delivery Team and will liaise with the current SMEs for Networking, Infrastructure, Applications and Security as required. They will have a wealth of experience on larger or more complex solutions, demonstrating an understanding of the customers’ business and commercial issues. They identify, design and deliver larger or complex solutions to meet challenging requirements.
Your experience
Responsible for assisting the Solution Architects with the design and communication of structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.
Experience of interpretating Designs and implementing solutions i.e, High Level Design and Low Level Design documentation.
Knowledge include:
•L4 level of Knowledge.JSP604 Aware
•Juniper SRX and Fortinet FortiGate beneficial.
•Previous experience with some of the following Cisco appliances:
•Cisco routing 1800,1900,2900,3900 and 4300 series.
•Cisco switching 3750, 3850 series, 9200 & 9300 series.
•Demonstrable understanding of OSPF, EIGRP and BGP routing protocols, NAT, GRE Tunnelling protocol, DMVPN Tunnelling Protocol, Network Design, Subnetting & Supernetting.
•Previous troubleshooting and support experience.
•Assist guidance on the development of, and modifications to, solution components to ensure that they take account of relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices and that existing and planned solution components remain compatible.
