We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy recruitment office. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates and clients, providing a warm welcome and essential administrative support to our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties

Greet visitors and candidates in a professional and friendly manner
*
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
*
Monitor and manage general enquiries via email and reception inbox
*
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
Administrative Support
*
Input and update candidate information on the CRM system
*
Assist with compliance checks (ID verification, right to work documents, etc.)
*
Prepare and send out candidate registration packs
*
Schedule interviews and confirm appointments with candidates and clients
*
File and scan documents in line with GDPR regulations
*
Support the team with posting job adverts and formatting CVs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
*
Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

Friendly and professional telephone manner

Requirements:

Recruitment experience would be advantageous
*
Previous experience in an office, reception, or customer-facing role is desirable
*
Must be eligible to work in the UK

A positive, can-do attitude and a professional appearance
