Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Finance System Change Account to join our finance department. We are seeking a motivated individual to support the Finance Systems Change Lead in delivering upgrades our financial systems. This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder communication, and process understanding to ensure smooth, compliant system changes aligned with strategic goals. A key focus is maintaining efficiency and accuracy across financial systems following our transformation. What you’ll do: Support design, testing, and maintenance of financial systems Coordinate financial system change projects and timelines Maintain and support Oracle Financials and related tools Capture and document system change requirements Assist with change management and communication Support system configuration and technical updates Develop and manage system testing plans Deliver training and support for system users Monitor the performance of updated financial systems Qualifications What we’d love you to bring: Have excellent system reconciliation skills. Understanding of data feeds/interfaces into Finance Systems architecture. Good knowledge of financial systems in general (on-the-job training would be provided in respect of esure’s systems if not used previously). An accounting qualification, such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA. Good knowlege of project management, business requirements and software testing A good understanding of insurance, although training will be given.The Interview Process (subject to change): You’ll start with an introductory call with one of our Recruitment Partners.
