1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Ormskirk (on-site and help desk)
Salary: Up to £30,000

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st / 2nd line support across a range of client sites and via the help desk
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
* Support and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within client environments
Key Skills
* Strong understanding of Windows operating systems
* Previous experience within an MSP environment is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, results-driven approach to work
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
