The Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll operate across the stack, driving product development end-to-end. This isn’t a “ticket-taking” role — you’ll be deeply involved in shaping features, influencing product decisions, and setting engineering standards from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning projects from idea through to production
* Building scalable systems using Python or TypeScript
* Collaborating closely with founders, product, and design
* Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy
* Helping establish best practices in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both)
* Proven experience working in product-focused environments
* Comfortable operating in small, high-ownership teams
* Pragmatic mindset — you care about shipping and impact, not just perfection
* Strong communication and a willingness to challenge ideas
