This school is looking for someone who can bring both energy and consistency into their inclusion unit. They are not just looking for someone with BSL skills, but someone who genuinely wants to be part of a child’s development journey.
They are particularly keen to find someone who is:
* Warm, patient, and approachable
* Confident communicating using BSL in a busy school environment
* Proactive and able to take initiative without needing constant direction
* Positive and adaptable to changing situations
* Able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
They value personality just as much as experience — someone who will get involved, not stand on the sidelines.
