Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
* Booking in appointments for vehicle viewings (commission per booking)
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Basic computer knowledge
* Previous experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)

* Salary: £15,000 basic with an achievable first-year OTE of £60,000
* Benefits: Uncapped commission, free parking onsite, monthly commission incentives, and 28 days of annual holiday
* Hours: Week 1 : Monday to Saturday 08:45 to 18:00 or 11:45 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 (Tuesday fixed day off). Week 2 : Monday to Saturday 08:45 to 18:00 or 11:45 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 (Tuesday and Wednesdays off)
