We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing sales and distribution business within the food ingredients sector as a Sales Account Manager.
The company has secured a number of key food manufacturing customers and now requires additional commercial support to manage accounts and drive growth.
Based in Essex, the business operates with a small, collaborative team, so this role will require you to be office-based in order to work closely with colleagues.
As Sales Account Manager you will be working with customers to supply a wide range of food ingredients, including sugars and sweeteners, starches, dairy products, dried fruits and a variety of functional ingredients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business and inherit several key accounts. This will allow you to gain a deep understanding of the company, build strong customer relationships, and use this insight to grow existing accounts or win new customers with similar needs.
This Sales Account Manager role could suit:

You must be:
* Comfortable in a sales role requiring strong numerical ability and negotiation skills

* Happy to be office-based when not visiting customers
There are exciting opportunities within this business to travel to trade events and customer sites.
You will also work closely with the Managing Director-an industry specialist who will support your development as you get up to speed.
