We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing and Admissions Assistant to join the team of a prestigious organisation on a temporary basis. This varied role supports both marketing and admissions activity, playing a key part in delivering a high-quality experience for prospective students and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across events, marketing operations, and student-facing processes in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, gaining hands‑on experience across both marketing and admissions. The role offers valuable exposure to student recruitment and programme delivery within a dynamic higher education environment.
This is a full‑time position working 36.5 hours a week (hybrid working will be available). The assignment is to start as soon as possible and will run for approximately 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and track marketing merchandise, including stock checks, reordering, and distribution for events
* Maintain budget tracking tools, recording spend and reconciling against approved budgets
* Support the delivery of recruitment events (sourcing participants, coordinating venues and catering)
* Assist in the production of marketing materials (liaising with suppliers or designing in Canva)
* Prepare and upload marketing leads into CRM systems
Admissions Support
* Coordinate candidate interviews (online and in‑person), ensuring a smooth and professional process
* Accurately input and maintain applicant data across systems
* Support college membership processes for incoming students
* Prepare student documentation, including visa and immigration letters
* Assist with visa compliance checks in collaboration with the International Student Office

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Confident communicator with a professional and collaborative approach
* Comfortable working with data and administrative systems
* Experience with CRM systems, events, or marketing support is desirable
