Associate Solicitor - Clinical Negligence
Location: Flexible (Manchester Office or Fully Remote dependent on experience)
Salary: from £45,000, dependent on experience
Role Overview:
A leading international commercial law firm is seeking an Associate to join its highly regarded Health Litigation team. The Health Litigation team specialises in clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and other defendant clients, and the role will involve managing a diverse caseload of primary care and clinical negligence cases. This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor to work with award-winning legal experts in the health sector, with a chance for flexible working arrangements, including remote options.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
1. Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
2. Defendant Clinical Negligence experience at an NHS Resolution Panel firm (preferred)
3. Experience in Medical Defence Organisations (preferred)
4. Strong organisational and communication skills
5. Ability to manage a caseload independently and as part of a team
6. Demonstrated attention to detail and quality of work
7. Ability to work flexibly and meet client deadlines
